{Almost Home}

This past week has been weird.  Weird meaning we packed up all of our stuff, put it in a U-Haul & moved it into a storage unit in Indiana for the next few months....

......Yet, Nate & I are down here in Nashville, living in a semi-cozy {really only cozy bc it's so small} hotel room for the next few weeks until we finalize all of the details regarding moving back home.

I am ready to be back home in Indiana- there's a sentence I never thought I would actually write.  Funny how we don't realize what we have until we are away from it for awhile!  Not that I felt that we took our friends & family for "granted", but I can honestly say that I didn't appreciate it to the degree that I do NOW.

However, for the next few weeks...we are here in a hotel room in Nashville.  Time to soak up these last few days of our "adventure"...LUCKILY, we have some great plans in store.

Anyways, back to what I PLANNED to write- recap of the past week while we were in Indiana {home again}.

We got in Tuesday evening and stayed the whole week with my in-laws & their new little sweetie, Ruby:

I mean serious cuteness...am I right??? Wiley is still getting used to her...but I'm confident they'll be best friends in no time!

Speaking of best friends...on Saturday night we went out with our friends to celebrate one of my best friends, Lisa.  Her birthday was on Friday, so we all got together on Saturday evening.  Unfortunately- I didn't get a picture with her on my phone...serious bummer.

 My sweet Nate

I got to spend lunch and an afternoon of shopping with my #1 girl, Steph.  We stopped by Rogers & Hollands to see my sisters.  This was the only pic we took together during our whole afternoon together...major fail for us Steph!

After a week full of friends & family, and moving our life back to Indiana..we headed back to Nashville...and it was the most {beautiful} drive home.  God surely is the best artist out there...hollyyyy moleeyyyy.

Thank.You.Lord.

What a good week in Indiana...it makes me so excited to be moving back home.  We knew we needed to get away to Nashville for a year, and now we know we are meant to be Hoosiers for the rest of our lives :)
