Life Lately

 It's been a minute since I've been on here...we've just been living life the past few months! I haven't felt like there's a ton to chat about but after a few months, I have lots of pictures and just a quick little life lately of January, February & March. 

January

We spent time enjoying all of the snow. There were snow days & e-learning but we soaked up the beautiful snow by building snowmen, ice skating, & going sledding.

In a house full of boys, there is always a competition! Kendry, being the youngest, doesn't win often...but he won a game of cards while we were waiting at dinner and the JOY on his face just makes me laugh. He was SO happy!

February

We were finally able to go back to a Chicago Bulls game (Kendry's first!) and we had so much fun. Jacoby and Maddox were very into the game. Kendry, on the other hand, was dancing around and kept asking me "we are rooting for the Lakers mom, right?"....the Lakers weren't even playing ;) 

Jacoby played his first season of Upward basketball which was so fun to watch. He loves the game of basketball and watching your kids do something they enjoy is a really fun part of being a parent.

We also spent time snuggling & reading inside when the weather was gross...

celebrated my birthday (I don't think I have a picture from my actual birthday)...

and we welcomed our new niece!

March

We spent March wishing for better weather, soaking it in on the rare day that it was nice...

went to our first Notre Dame hockey game...

visited Daddy's work and got a golf cart ride...

and Kendry got a daddy day at preschool!

On April 1st, it snowed here... so I picked the kids up early from school and headed out for spring break. I'll post all those pics on another post! 

That's a little bit of life the past few months. We are looking forward to spring. The weather, celebrating Easter, Maddox & Kendry's birthday, spring soccer and the anticipation of summer!
