Life Lately

 Here's a quick little look at life lately...

We went to Lafayette for a weekend to visit some of our favorite families. 

Good friends, good food, & good margaritas :)

their little bond is just the sweetest... and we are big huggers around here. 

It's been so fun to watch Jacoby learn to read & write, especially when he gives me little notes like this. I'm keeping this one forever. 

The boys love their baby cousins...

We got to meet the newest Carpenter cousin this past weekend! He is so tiny, so sweet, and healthy! I just can't get enough baby snuggles. Also, it makes me realize just how "big" my babies are! Also, it's a lot of work to get all these littles to smile haha!

We got lots of snow and took the kids sledding. It was the perfect day- lots of snow and not too cold! They lasted longer than I expected :) 

We celebrated my 34th birthday with my family on Valentine's Day. It was a good birthday and I felt so blessed. The boys made me feel really special. I love my birthday!!

I found them in a fort and I heard Maddox say "we're best buddies, right Coby?" It was the sweetest thing and I had to snap a picture. I pray all 3 of my boys always have a special friendship. 

That's a little bit of life lately! Life has felt like it's picking up speed again after a slow year and holiday season with COVID. It feels good to get back to a little bit more normalcy and we are hopeful for a good spring break trip somewhere! Spring we are SO close!
