Life Lately

We are getting down to just a few weeks before Kendry comes! I figured it would be a good idea to document what we are doing with our final days and weeks as a family of 4 :) Here's a little life lately...

We enjoyed a last family of 4 trip to San Antonio...

Spent time with friends at the mall...

did a little shopping for baby Kendry...

celebrated Easter together...

and enjoyed the sunshine whenever we could, even though it's been a very cold Spring!

 

We celebrated Maddox turning 2 and have spent LOTS of time outside playing in the basketball hoop that we got him for his birthday :) 

and I got Jacoby + Kendry's name signs to match Maddox's! I LOVE them :) 

 

Nate & I have been soaking in Sundays together...we took a break from teaching the preschool class and are enjoying our last few Sundays before we have to get 3 kids ready for church + attempt to be on time. We stand no chance ;) 

Nate & I had a dinner date...

the boys got some new spring/summer jammies...and I almost can't handle how cute they look in them! My heart :)

I've been "nesting" mostly outside...trying my best to get our yard in shape so that once Kendry is here, we can just enjoy it.  The boys helped me plant flowers, I blew out all the leaves/sticks from the fall/winter, I weeded, I trimmed, we got the patio furniture out, and Nate helped me get new sand in the sandbox. Now if my mower would just workkkk. 

These two. Their relationship is so fun to watch grow. 

This boy is still obsessed with the kitty he got for his birthday.  He sleeps with it for every nap and every single night.  It purrs and meows and he thinks it's the greatest thing ;) 

We have our first trip to the zoo for the season...

and we have spent lots of time outside playing on the swings and playhouse.

I'm so thankful the weather has warmed up and we can enjoy being outside all the time. Yay for spring...

and now that it's May, it's BABY MONTH!!!
