How far along? 35 weeks, 2 days…I can't BELIEVE how close we are!!!
Total weight gain: 14 lbs.Maternity clothes? You know it!
Stretch marks? Nope…hoping it stays that way!
Sleep: The past week I have been sleeping pretty well, so I'm happy about that. I'm praying these last few weeks continue to be great sleep, in preparation of no sleep when he is here :)
Best moment this week: Getting a lot done in the nursery. The furniture is in the nursery, all paint is complete and things are being put up on the wall. We have a few more details to add & organize (I'm still washing some of his clothes), but it feels SO good to see it coming together!
Miss Anything? Nothing! I can't believe that I'll be a mom so soon. I've always wanted to be a mom, and the fact that it is so close is incredible!
Movement: He loves to move all day long. He actually sticks his little foot out of my side & I can literally grab it…that's how hard he kicks, punches & moves. I LOVE it! I can just see him being the little soccer player his daddy was!
Food cravings: Nothing in particular. Starbucks caramel vanilla bean frappucino (with no coffee) is my favorite afternoon snack lately though ;)
Anything making you queasy or sick: No…how did I get so lucky to not have this at all?
Gender: boy!!!
Labor Signs: Not yet!
Symptoms: Braxton Hicks contractions & not being able to bend as easily. I'll take it though, neither of them are bad.
Belly Button in or out? It's "out" but not terribly protruding…yet
Wedding rings on or off? On!
Happy or Moody most of the time: Feeling beyond happy & blessed. This pregnancy has been such a smooth ride so far, and I pray that the labor & delivery will be the same. It boggles my mind to think that I am going to be a mom in a few short weeks…but it's going to be so fun :)
Looking forward to: Continuing to get the last few things in his room & feeling fully ready for him. I have more things to do such as packing our hospital bags, getting the diaper bag & having that all ready to go, etc. It's coming together though!
xox,
Naomi
