How far along? 22 Weeks!
Total weight gain: According to my scale, 10 lbs…according to my Dr, 8 lbs. I checked with the doctor to see if my weight gain was on track (gaining 3 lbs in a week 2 weeks ago was a bit of a shocker to me), and he said it was. He said actually 8 lbs is very good and that I could "loosen up" a little if I wanted to. haha ok…I can handle that! ;)Maternity clothes? yep! Really hoping to find a few more tanks & a pair of shorts…it's been GORGEOUS weather!
Stretch marks? Nope!
Sleep: Sleep has been good. Nate & I finally got our bed back in place & it has made me sleep easier again.
Best moment this week: On Wednesday, Nate & I both came home for lunch. After I ate, I felt Coby kicking like crazy which is unusual since I generally only feel him at night. I told Nate to put his hand on my belly & Nate felt him kick probably 4-5 times! It was SO cool & SO fun. I thought Coby would stop as soon as I had Nate try to feel, but he went on a kicking spree. He must love his daddy already :)
Miss Anything? Nope :) I am feeling incredibly blessed & am loving every minute of being pregnant!
Movement: Yes!!! Finally! Mostly after I eat…but I love that you can feel it from the outside now, if you're lucky enough anyway!
Food cravings: Cookie dough. It's mean to not let pregnant women eat cookie dough. Not necessarily something that I eat often {by any means} but lately it just sounds so good!
Anything making you queasy or sick: No. Honestly…how did I get so lucky with no nausea or sickness so far? Praying it stays that way!
Gender: Baby Boy, Coby :)
Labor Signs: No, and hopefully they're far off.
Symptoms: I love to eat…that's about it :)
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: SO happy. What an incredible time in our lives. I still have my "breakdowns" for Wiley, but luckily I have the sweetest & most understanding husband who knows just how to comfort & love on me in those moments. I'm hoping my tears won't cause Jacoby to be more "emotional" than normal, haha.
Looking forward to: Registering & starting to really plan out the nursery. It seems like a lot, but I look forward to crossing things off my list & really getting things going to prepare for our sweet boy.
xox,
Naomi
