Life Lately

It's been a few weeks since I've done a little life lately...so here's a few pictures of what we've been up to!

Our weather has been crazy here...we had lots of snow and freezing temps and then it turned to 50 and rainy.  We enjoyed BOTH :) 

Jacoby started gymnastics and Maddox cried the whole time because he wanted to do it too.  So I signed him up for a mommy/me class at the same time as Jacoby's class.  It went well but this past week was a complete disaster.  Jacoby is still working on independence (he's with me alllll the time, and doesn't start preschool until the fall), so it's a work in progress.  I'm hoping next week is better 😉

Before our gender reveal party, I took both boys to get big boy haircuts and they both did great! I've been just trimming them at home but their hair was longer than my non-expertise knew what to do with it, haha!

The boys helped me make brownies one night.  Anytime Jacoby sees me in the kitchen he asks if he can help and I love it as long as it's something he can safely help with!

We have been taking January slow and enjoying lots  of cuddles, relaxing and fort building! We are ready for February (my birthday month!!) and then are ready for spring weather and lots of time outside.

Nate & I were able to enjoy a nice, slow, relaxing dinner date together a couple nights ago. My favorite person!

We also got bunk beds and new bedding for the boys set up.  Jacoby has been sleeping on the top and loves it.  He talks about how once Maddox gets bigger he'll sleep on the bottom....I told him we have to wait a little bit yet.  I'm a little nervous to put Maddox in there (we are buying a guard rail thing, don't worry!), but I'm hoping to do it and give them lots of time to be in a good routine with it before baby #3 arrives and keeps us up all night 😜
