We planned on doing the pumpkin patch last weekend but then it poured rain ALL weekend.
So Nate & I decided to go some evening this week because the weather has been beautiful all week. So on Wednesday night we ate a quick dinner at home (hello crockpot Chicken Fajita Soup!) and then headed to A-Mazing Acres.
We hadn't ever been to this one before, and I had heard mixed reviews... but we had a GREAT time. Jacoby was so excited and Maddox was all about the donuts #gotTHATfromhismama
We started out with all the pumpkins...
then hit up the mini tractors and trikes. Talk about a perfect thing for my boys :) Trucks run our world, haha.
We then grabbed some donuts and played in the corn pit.
After the corn pit and visiting a few bunnies and chickens, we went over by the jumbo trampoline. Maddox wanted on it so bad but there were some big kids on it, so once they left and it was just Jacoby + Maddox, we let him on and he had the biggest smile on his face the entire time. He also had the biggest + most pitiful meltdown when we left the trampoline 😋
Then we played on the wooden train, got the worst family picture...but got to watch the beautiful sunset.
Even though it was dark, the park was still open so we hit up the big slides...and if you're Maddox, still munching on some donuts 😉 The slides might have been my favorite part. They were big and went pretty fast, and both boys LOVED them.
Then we played some basketball, because sports run our world too, and then we headed home.
It was perfect weather and just the most beautiful fall evening with my family. Also, why do both of the boys looks so BIG?!? Babies don't keep!
Hoping you are enjoying the beautiful fall season too!
xox,Naomi
