Life Lately

Happy Thursday...it's almost the weekend :)

We've been working a lot on potty training still. It's a work in progress, but he's getting it! A visit to the fire station was a reward at one point-- whatever it takes :)

Maddox has started crawling all over the place...but only a solid army crawl ;) He's gonna be really buff if he only ever uses his arms!

He's also pulling himself up onto things and LOVES standing! 

I am in the midst of organizing and planning all clothes, travel necessities, etc for our upcoming trip to Hilton Head, SC at the beginning of April.  We are getting Maddox's 1 year pics done and some family pics too, so I'm getting all of that ready too! I CAN'T WAIT to travel with my boys and to have a fun week!!

I'm also working on weaning Maddox so that he is completely done nursing (and will just do formula from a bottle for the last month before we switch to milk) by the time we go on vacation.  He's not loving the idea.  He's totally the baby that would nurse till he's 3 or 4 if I let him....haha :) Sorry sweet boy, not happening!

We've been having super bipolar weather (like 60's, then a hail storm and now snow...) which has helped us be able to play outside more than usual at this time of year.  I am so anxious for spring! With us being outside more, I got a baby swing for Maddox and he loves it!

Oh, and my brother and his wife had their baby GIRL, Olivia Faith, this morning and I am dying to snuggle her.  We are planning to visit ASAP.  Lord help me...I'm gonna be ready for another one after I hold her, I just know it! haha,

That's a life lately-- lots of time with my boys and I can't imagine it any other way!
